These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 90piso platform, including all games, wallet functions, bonuses, and support services. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any wager.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 90piso. Your continued use of the platform following any published update to these Terms will be deemed as your acceptance of the revised Terms.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register for and use the 90piso platform. This age requirement is mandated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and applies to all real-money gaming activities. 90piso reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement cannot be confirmed.
The 90piso platform is operated for use by residents of the Republic of the Philippines. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using 90piso is lawful in your jurisdiction. 90piso does not knowingly accept registrations from individuals located in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.

Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on the 90piso platform at any time. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or any other identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances and bonuses.
You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and keep that information current throughout your use of the platform. 90piso is not liable for any loss or service disruption arising from inaccurate information provided by the Player.
Prior to processing your first withdrawal, 90piso is required under its regulatory obligations to verify your identity. You will be asked to submit at least one (1) valid, government-issued Philippine identification document, which may include:
90piso reserves the right to request additional documentation to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations under applicable Philippine law. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is completed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 90piso login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. 90piso will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account where that unauthorized use resulted from your failure to maintain credential security.
90piso accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). 90piso does not accept deposits from or process withdrawals to third-party payment accounts — the account used for deposit must belong to the registered 90piso account holder.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by 90piso; however, individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.
Withdrawals by KYC-verified members are processed as follows: GCash and Maya withdrawals within five (5) minutes; BPI and BDO bank transfers within thirty (30) minutes; other bank and InstaPay transfers within two (2) hours. 90piso reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for security review, AML compliance checks, or where the player's KYC verification is incomplete.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your payment provider for any deposit made to 90piso constitutes a breach of these Terms. 90piso reserves the right to immediately suspend the relevant account, recover any disputed amounts from pending withdrawals, and pursue collection through available legal means.
All bonuses and promotions offered by 90piso are subject to specific terms published at the time of each promotion. General eligibility requires that the player hold a verified 90piso account, be in good standing, and have no active self-exclusion or account restriction in place.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to a 90piso account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated on each promotion page.
90piso monitors for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing opposing bets to circumvent wagering requirements, or systematically exploiting promotion structures in bad faith. 90piso reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings and to close accounts where bonus abuse is confirmed.
All games offered on the 90piso platform are provided by certified third-party game suppliers and use independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game results are mathematically random and cannot be influenced by 90piso, its suppliers, or any player. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes in individual sessions.
In the event of a discrepancy between a game result displayed on your screen and the result recorded in 90piso's server logs, the server log shall be the definitive record.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 90piso platform. Violation of any item below may result in account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of balance:
All content on the 90piso platform — including but not limited to the 90piso brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, and software — is the intellectual property of 90piso or its licensed suppliers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of 90piso's intellectual property without written authorisation is strictly prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 90piso shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service caused by technical failures, third-party service outages, or force majeure events.
90piso's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

90piso reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has breached these Terms, applicable law, or where account activity raises AML or fraud concerns. Upon termination, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering) will be returned to the player via their registered Philippine payment method within a reasonable period, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC or compliance review.
Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting 90piso support. Account closure does not automatically cancel any pending withdrawal requests.
90piso collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. Full details of how your data is collected, used, and protected are set out in the 90piso Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to 90piso's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts.
90piso reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via SMS or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.
